Resident ID Upload (for Shipments to Mainland China Only)

For customers who are ordering with a delivery address in Mainland China, please kindly upload photos of both the front and back of the recipient's Resident ID card to be used for customs clearance. A kind note - our store will not retain any ID card information, and the photos will only be used to assist the logistics company with customs clearance. The photos will be deleted after each order is completed.

Customers who do not provide the required ID information will be processed for a refund, as packages without ID card information cannot be delivered. Thank you all for your understanding!
