British Columbia & Alberta

• Free Shipping on all orders of $129 or more (before taxes) 
• $8.99 shipping fee applies to all orders under $129 (before taxes) 

All other Canadian provinces

• Free Shipping on all orders of $179 or more (before taxes)
• $12.99 shipping fee applies to all orders between $129 and $179 (before taxes)
• $18.99 shipping fee applies to all orders under $129 (before taxes)

Continental USA

• $23.99 shipping fee applies to all orders delivering to Continental USA

Mainland China

• Shipping fees for delivery to Mainland China will depend on the weight of the package per below table

• Please note that for packages that are exceptionally heavy, additional shipping fees may apply. An email confirmation will be sent prior to packages being sent to confirm the shipping charges in such an event.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Estimates

We understand that shipping costs are a concern for our puzzle enthusiasts. To minimize these fees for our customers, we have partnered with a variety of reliable shipping carriers. Our network includes Canada Post, UPS, ChitChat, UniUni, Fleetopics, and ICS, ensuring that your puzzles reach you in the best way possible.

Delivery Estimates:

• British Columbia: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Rest of Canada: Expect your puzzles to arrive within 5-7 business days.
• Continental USA: Deliveries usually take about 4-8 business days.
• Mainland China: For our customers in China, we estimate a delivery time of 12-15 business days.

Please note, while we strive to meet these estimated times, A Minor Hobby does not guarantee delivery dates. The actual delivery timeframe may vary, as it is dependent on the specific carrier and can be subject to change due to various factors.

Order Processing Times:

• In-Stock Items: We aim to ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days of your order.
• Pre-Ordered Items: These will be shipped within 30 days from the date of order.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your orders to you as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality puzzles. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here is our policy for returns and replacements:

Quality Issues:

• If you encounter significant quality issues with your puzzle, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt.
• To initiate a return, please email us at hello@aminorhobby.ca with a photo of the defective item. This will help us understand the issue and ensure better service in the future.
• Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returning the item.

Missing Pieces:

• In the rare event that your puzzle is missing pieces, please email us at hello@aminorhobby.ca with a photo of the puzzle.
• We will contact our partners to arrange for a replacement of the missing pieces.

Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and not eligible for return.
